How can i upload images and what files do you support?
  • Can I use my Instagram or Facebook photos?
  • Sure! You can directly connect with Instagram or Facebook and upload your favorite photos. Keep in mind that we are do not store your personal data.

  • I don’t have any Instagram or Facebook photos to upload.

No worries! You can use your personal photos to make your case. You can upload files directly from your device (mobile, desktop, tablet)

  • I see a warning sign next to my image, what does that mean?

In order to deliver you with high quality cases, we recommend that you use high quality images. The warning is to let you know that the photo is below the recommended resolution, therefore the quality may be reduced.

  • What types of files can I upload?

We accept the following file types: png, jpg, gif
Maximum size 20 MB

  • Can other people print my case?

No, only you can print your case unless your design is available on the Decalaki Artist Collection.

Can other people buy my case too?

No, if you make a case with our designer app it’s only for you! Unique !

Are your phone cases hard or soft?

Decalaki gives you the opportunity to choose between soft and hard cases. Soft Tpu gives a soft feeling to your hand while Tempered Glass Cases make your phone really classy and strong. The decision it’s up to you!

Do you print my pictures on the sides of the case as well?

No. All designs will be printed on the back of the case only.

After preparing and carefully inspecting your products, your order has been collected by your nominated courier.
You will receive an e-mail after your order has been collected with your tracking number

-Standard Worlwide Shipping -Elta: Yes but this also depend from the country of destination.

Which payment methods are accepted in the shop?

Payment in the Decalaki.com webshop can be made by all major credit –debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, Discover, and PayPal.

Do taxes apply?

The prices on the website include VAT but exclude delivery costs and payment methods fees (if these exist) , which will be added to the total amount at your checkout and payment process.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact yiasou@decalaki.com if you wish to change your delivery address. If your case has not yet been dispatched, then we are able to change the delivery address.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order, we are happy to produce your product(s) and make your babyphone unique as you!
Our top quality cases are made to order and carefully inspected from corner to corner cause we only deliver unique and high quality products
Normal production time is 1-2 working days.
However, during the peak season around end of the year or summer this time may be 1-5 days.
The above is valid except for the pre-set holiday-production periods where you will be informed about this during the process of check out in this website

How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us at yiasou@decalaki.com within 3 hours. Be sure to include your order number and all the necessary info!

How do I use my coupon?

With a coupon you can take a discount on the original product price. In order to use it follow the instructions below:

Paste it at the shopping cart coupon field and click apply coupon before proceeding to checkout.

Or at the Check out Details click on the question“Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code» before billing details and give your coupon there and apply coupon.

Keep in mind that the coupon:

  • It cannot be reused after your purchase.
  • Multiple coupons cannot be applied together. We suggest you to use the coupon with the biggest discount each time.
How to cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order or change your address within 1 hour after you have placed it.

Need to change your order? First cancel it, then place a new one.

We will make you a full money refund.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what shall I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 days of the estimated delivery time, and you have not received an email from us regarding delivery delays, please contact us so that we can check the status of your order support@decalaki.com.
Customers who have selected the tracking delivery option are able to check their order status online.

Is there any guarantee?

Defective, wrong or damaged products
Every Decalaki product is carefully inspected from corner to corner because we only deliver unique and high quality products. While we make every effort to ensure that all our products arrive to you in a perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.
 If you receive a defective or damaged product(s), please take pictures of the product and email us right away at yiasou@decalaki.com. We will do our best to replace the defective or damaged product or you have the choice to ask full money refund. Full money refund includes product and shipping cost.We advise you to contact us in less than 72 hours from the moment you receive your order, in order to be able to make you a full money refund.
 If you receive a wrong product(s) than your order, please take pictures of the wrong product and email us right away at yiasou@decalaki.com .We will do our best to replace the wrong product or you have the choice to ask full money refund. Full money refund includes product and shipping cost. We advise you to contact us in less than 72 hours from the moment you receive your order, in order to be able to make you a full money refund.
Be sure that in any case we will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

When i am going to take my refund?

Οur team will initiate the refund process after receiving the products you have sent to us in the original packaging. Please note that you must have properly fill the refund application and include it to the return package. Refund without first receiving the product back is not feasible
 We normally execute a refund in a 15 days period. Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days after refunding. 
Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:

      * A new line per item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
      * Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided

Unfortunately we are only able to process refunds within 60 days after the order has been shipped.
